Characterizing Driving Styles
The goal of this thesis is to develop data mining techniques to characterize the drivings styles from data collected
extract interesting information from data regarding projects that have been financed by the Italian government. The data consists of records of completed and ongoing projects. The thesis should (i) integrate the current data with domain knowledge, (ii) develop unsupervised models to extract interesting information from the projects data; finally, (iii) develop classification models to characterize successful projects. All the models will be deployed using Java and Web 2.0 technology. The workload may fit either one or two people.
Goal: to develop unsupervised models to identify different driving styles from information collected extract interesting information from data regarding financed projects.
Number of Students: one or two.
